Marcus has sent his best wishes to all those in Nuneaton celebrating Eid.
Marcus said: "Eid is a time for families and friends. It is when communities come together, celebrate the end of the month of Ramadan and give generously to those less fortunate than themselves.
"This year, Eid comes at an especially poignant moment when you consider that famine has been declared in parts of Somalia and across the Horn of Africa. The terrible scenes of devastation have shocked us all. 12.4 million people require life-saving humanitarian assistance and I am extremely proud of British citizens who have donated £53m so far, even in the difficult economic times we are experiencing.”
