Marcus Jones MP would like to wish the people of Nuneaton, Hartshill, Arley and Whitacre a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Marcus said: “After what has been a difficult year for many I sincerely hope that people here in Nuneaton have a relaxing, merry, safe and peaceful Christmas.

"We should spare a thought for those who have to work over the festive period, particularly those who provide vital public services, and hope that they get to enjoy the festivities at some point.

"Like the last few, 2011 has been a tough year and 2012 will also no doubt be tough with all that is happening economically, not just in the UK, but in the rest of Europe and across many developed economies.

"I would like to thank the people of Nuneaton for showing such resilience in these tough times.

"Once again, have a great Christmas and a very Happy New Year."

Constituency Office Opening Hours during Christmas Period

The local MP's office, at 13 - 17 Hollybush House, Bond Gate, Nuneaton, CV11 4AR will be open as follows during the Christmas period:

Normal office opening hours (9am - 5pm) on 20, 21 & 22 December.

Friday 23 December: open from 9am - 11.30am.

Closed on Saturday 24, Sunday 25, Monday 26 and Tuesday 27.

Wednesday 28, Thursday 29 and Friday 30: open from 9am - 12noon.

The office re-opens on Tuesday 3 January.
