Nuneaton and Bedworth Council hoard over 80% of funds provided to support small businesses and the self-employed

It is shocking that Labour-run Nuneaton Council has chosen to hoard over £3.1 million of the £3.7 million given to them by the Government to support local businesses.

Craig Tracey MP (Bedworth and North Warwickshire) and I have written to the Leader of the Labour-run Council demanding that she urgently reviews the Council’s policy that will lead to unnecessary business closures and job losses – directly hurting local people - while millions of pounds sit in the bank.
